Aus Living Lifestyle Products is a proudly Australian owned business. All of our stock is held right here in Australia and every order is sent from our fulfilment centre in Brisbane, Queensland.
We never dropship. Your order is not posted from overseas and you won't be waiting weeks for a parcel from an international warehouse. When you place an order with us, your fountain is already on a shelf in Brisbane, ready to go.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, NT, TAS and the ACT. No minimum spend and no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
GST is charged and is inclusive in the price.
How Fast Will My Order Arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Queensland: 2 to 4 business days
- NSW, VIC, ACT: 3 to 6 business days
- SA: 4 to 7 business days
- WA: 5 to 8 business days
These are estimates from our delivery partners. Rural and regional addresses can take a little longer, but because your order ships from within Australia, delivery is measured in days, not weeks.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes full tracking. As soon as your fountain is dispatched, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Haven't received your tracking email? Check your junk folder first, then get in touch and we'll happily resend it.
If Something Goes Wrong
We're real people here in Australia and we stand behind every delivery. If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or goes missing, contact us and we'll sort it out. That might mean chasing the courier, sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Delivery Address Details
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We dispatch quickly, so if you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before your order leaves the warehouse.
We deliver to residential addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
